Design Description:
I have recently purchased +20 acres of lake front land in Mwanza city, Tanzania(you can check the land information in the attachment). I am planning to develop the property by constructing villas, which I can put up for sale. I am currently looking for 3 design options with the aim of providing variation to potential clients. In terms of size per plot. I am open to suggestions as I am yet the split the property. i am hoping to get at least 20 units. all 20 units with 2 floors. I am interested in flat concrete roof designs I want to have 3 different options of villa designs for buyers to choose from. My current thought is: Option 1 (built-up area:300sqm) 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms Option 2 (built-up area:400sqm) 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms Option 3 (built-up area:500sqm) 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms with additional amenities like a swimming pool and extended out door area I don't have a design budget in mind currently. My mind is more directed to find someone i can work with and who has fair pricing. like 1200-2000 usd is ok,but i can accept more than 2usd/sqm if u can provide good quality.
