Need the architectural concept design for the supermarket project .the land is 1000sqm .Need build 2floors. Need architectural concept design first , and then go to the bank to apply for financing (Design concept and building materials estimate cost ,we can do structural design also) ground floor supermarket. First floor is open hall for sports activities and wedding hire and roof top is artificial turf for sports with roof. Design budget maybe USD 800-1500. It depends on design.
