we got the land already ,we need build a hotel ,so we need architecture concept design first . Per floor 25,000 sqft, total height B1 + B2+ G+ M+ 12, Total Room Capacity =250 Room,Mezzanine we calculate 50% 12,500sqft ,so total floor areas is 25000sqft x15+12,500 sqft =387500sqft ,35 999.9 sqm . 1st we will give you digital survey & site drone short and master plan & land section for your understanding! 1st of all I want see your some 5 star hotel design & complete rate per sqft than we will continue our discussion! We are looking this project who will design, construction & interior of this project!
