Design Description:
I am looking for architectural design for an 8 bedroom house. The style of the design should be Prairie Style as postulated by Frank Lloyd Wright. The design brief includes the following: - Two stories - 8 Bedrooms En-suite - 10 Bathrooms in total - 2 Kitchens - 1 Dining Room - 3 Living Rooms - 6 Balconies - 3 Terraces/Verandahs - 1 Home Office - 1 Laundry Area - 2 Stores - 1 Cinema Theater - 6 Car Garage - 1 Home Gym - Septic tank and Soak Pit - Perimeter Wall and Gate House Deliverables should include, but not limited to the following: - Master Plan/ Site Plan - Foundation Plans - Floor Plans - Floor Finishes Plans - Roof Plan - Sections - Elevations - 3D Renders - Door and Window Schedules - Schematic Electrical Layouts (optional, but if can be done, will be an added advantage) - Details * Construction Drawings More details to follow should your letter of intent be accepted. NB: - Please provide a comprehensive Letter of Intent - Include a quotation price with the above details in mind. - Attach a COMPLETE set of drawings of a residential project close to or similar in scale to this project. - Attach renders of a project you have done similar to the Prairie House style if possible.
