1 Q:Where your factory locates?
A:Our factory locates in Foshan China, it takes about one hour from Guangzhou Baiyun airport to our factory, about 45 minutes from Canton fair.

2 Q:What is your minimum order quantity?
A:Our minimum order quantity is 100 KGS.

3 Q:What is your standard time to develop the new dies?
A:For normal size sections, we take about 7 – 10 days to fabricate the dies and 2 days for extruding & testing. We can present the qualified extrusion samples in about 12 -15 days.

4 Q:What is your lead time for production?
A:We can complete the orders of mill finish in about 10 days, powder coated /anodized in 15 to 20 days.The shipment can be done within 25 days.

5.How do you charge the mold fee?
In case we need to open new mold for your ordered profiles ,the mold fee will be redounded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.

6.How do you quote price ,per ton or per meter?
We provide more than two pricing modes

7.What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
Actual weight is the  actual weight including packaging.

Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile

8.How long it will take you to make samples?
1-2 days after the tools making in general.
