Manufacturing Technique

How is our clear toughened glass produced?

First of all, cut the glass to certain size (your final size). Then place the glass to edging machine. If your glass has holes, drill the hole due to CAD drawings. Then transfer the glass to tempering machines, with heating to around 700 degree temperature, then cool down with strong wind jet to form a strong press on the surface whereas the interior still in tension.
