Production processes:

Toughened Glass is produced by cutting the raw glass into the final sizes and then do the edgework. After that, the edgeworked glass is placed into the tempering machine, enduring around 700 degree temperature and then cool down rapidly using strong wind jet.  Thus forming a very strong pressure on the surface of toughened glass whereas the interior still in tension.

Applications

Toughened Glass is also called tempered glass. Due to its high strength and safety, wind resistance, thermal stability, it is widely used in window, door, facade, partition, railing, balcony, storefront, showcase and etc.

Packing & Delivery

Packing: Strong plywood crates packing with angles protecting, corks between glass ensuring safe.

Delivery time: 7-15 days after confirmed

Q: How about the package? Are they safe? A: Our Glass use the seaworthy strong plywood crates. The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has at least 5 years packed experience. Also loading pictures will send after loading finished.
