Yuyao Yulan Plastic Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing RO water purifiers, water filters, filter housings, cartridges, filter fittings. Our company is in Yuyao, Zhejiang province, which is located in the developed Yangtze River Delta region and the beautiful and fertile banks of the Hangzhou Bay. Besides, we are also in the mid of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo with convenient traffic, which is 50km away from Ningbo airport and 100km away from Hangzhou airport. It is the famous manufacturing center of mould and plastic products in the whole country.

Q:How does the water purifier work?
A:There is one or multiple kinds of filters inside,maifan stone,activated carbon,tourmaline,fiber etc.The raw water will come through the filters and then outlet water is pure water.

Q:Is the water purifier really good working?
A:Yes,we have 20 years experience and have certification and report from government,which will show the effect of water purifier.

Q:How long does the filters need to be changed/replaced/wash?
A: It depends on the local water quality and filters type you buy,when the outlet becomes less,you can wash the filters and we suggest you to replace a new one every half year(some of the filters lifespan is about 1-2 years),it will make sure you always drink the pure,healthy water and no secondary pollution.

Q:Is it easy to install?
A:Absolutely yes,maybe 5 minutes you will finish installation and enjoy the pure water from it.

Q:How can we get replacement of warranty?
A:We just need photos,or vedio will be needed in some special situation.
