 A:

 1. For FOB terms:30% deposit before production, 70% balance against the scanned copy of B/L.

 2. For EXW terms:30% deposit before production, 70% balance after inspection before shipment.

 Q:Does your company accept the customized logo and design?

 A:Yes, we have two factories and professional R&D. team,OEM/ODM are both welcome.

 Q:What is your delivery date for the production order?

 A:30-35 days upon receipt of 30% deposit

 Q:What is your package?

 A:Our regular export package is 1pc wrapped by polybag, then into a

 brown carton, A=A material.  

 Q:Can you provide the sample?

 A:Yes, the sample charge will be twice as the unit price for out existing models.    

    For the customized sample, the sample cost will be 3 times as the unit price.

 Q:What is your delivery date for sample?

 A: 2-3 days for the inventory sample. 7-12 days for the customized sample.
