How to use yakitori grill?

1. Prepare appropriate amout of chrcoal and a fire starter,then lighting the charcoal(the charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes);

2. Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent are open to make sure the yakitori grill are well ventilated;

3.About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer;

4. Few minutes later, the food will be well cooked.

Quality Control & Packing Process

Our Kamado Grill need to go through three check points to test the quality before we delivery the goods to our clients.
1. After the Kamado Grill shell was built up, our QC will inspect if the finish is good enough and also the small crack ones will be took out;
2. Once the heating is finished, we will sprinkling cold water on the ceramic part under 800 degree, if it crack under it, it is unqualified products;
3. Before package, we try to install the whole Kamado Grill to check if there is any assembly problem for customers to avoid assembly problems when you received.

Higher level packing

Our package have passed the ISTA-2B (Droping test), we can gurantee the kamado grill quality during the shipping step.
