Production Process

Company Information

Established in 1995,Protex is the only group company in China which aggregates
industrial chain from PVC raw materials to finished flooring products. Our production and development runs from the beginning
to the end. The recognition of raw materials and application of technology lays the foundation of our leading position in new
material PVC flooring industry.

We have 30 base material production lines for WPC flooring, with capacity 200mt per day,
which can be used for flooring of 50,000 square meters per day.
We have 15 base material production lines for SPC flooring, with capacity 150mt per day,
which can be used for flooring of 15,000 square meters per day.

Our 2 printing decor lines for PVC flooring can finish printing about 100,000 square meters per day,
which can be 3,000,000 square meters per month.
The capacity of our 3 cutting lines is about 25,000 square meters per day.
Distinguished from traditional flooring, SPC & WPC can fully achieve water proof, mildew proof, no deformation and no swell.
It’s not wood-made but has all the advantage of wood. It’s like plastic but is much safer than plastic.

    A: We provide free samples, but the freight charges need to be paid by the customer.

    A: During the production, each step is strictly controlled by the QC team, at the same time, we welcome customers to our factory to check the quality at any time.

3. Q: What is the average production time? How can I get the flooring in time?

   A: Our average production time is around 30 days. We have 30 base material production lines for WPC flooring and 15 base material production lines for SPC flooring to ensure your delivery time.

4. Q: Can you provide the sample books to help you develop the market ?

    A: Yes, we can design and offer the sample books .What's more,it is our honor to help our customers enrich the market

5. Q: Can you offer packing designs as per customers’ requests?

    A: Yes. We can printed the package boxes as you required. Or we can provide the popular designs for your reference.
