IPN8710 INTERPENETRATING ANTI-CORROSIVE COATING

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

Good chemical resistance, good resistance to mineral oil, vegetable oil and petroleum products, good water resistance, good physical properties, wear resistance and impact resistance, strong flexibility, excellent weather resistance, good gloss and fullness of the paint film, strong decoration effect.

 

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

 

The base material is the interpenetrating network (IPN) polymer composed of TDI, castor oil, acrylonitrile, accelerators, initiators, organic solvents, etc. and polysubstituted ethylene. Adding proper amount of special additives, anti-rust two-component special coatings composed of pigments and coloring materials.

APPLICATION FIELD

 

Suitable for anti-corrosion of steel structure surface, non-metal surface, bridge, water tank, gas tank, oil tank, underground pipeline, electric power, oil tank, metallurgy, chemical industry and civil use.

 

 

APPLICATION GUIDANCE

When the outdoor operation substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the curing reaction of A and B components will slow down or stop, and it is not suitable for operation.
