Construction conditions

The temperature of the substrate is not less than 5C, and the monthly temperature is at least 3 °C above the air dew point temperature(temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate), and the relative humidity is not more than 65 %. Good ventilation is usually required to ensure that the paint is normally dry.
