Component
The main mechanism of action is: after a fire, the thickness does not change, mainly relying on its own non-combustibility and low
thermal conductivity to prevent heat transfer pass. This product cancels the traditional construction technology of sticking nails
and hanging nets, and adopts direct spraying or wiping method.
Application
1. Before construction, the oil stains, dust, etc. on the surface of the steel components to be coated must be removed. After
confirming that there is no leakage of the anti-rust paint on the surface of the steel structure, the construction can begin.
2. In order to enhance the bonding strength between the coating and the steel components, the fireproof primer should be sprayed
first during the construction, the degree of engagement is 3-5mm, and the air compressor pressure should be maintained at
0.4-0.6Mpa.
3. After the surface of the fireproof primer is dry, spray (wipe) the fireproof coating. The fireproof paint is used after
mixing with water according to the degree of dilution required for construction. Spray each layer (wipe
-coating) thickness should be 58mm, and the spraying interval should be based on the surface dryness (not sticky to the hands),
and the number of wiping times should reach the thickness requirement.
4. During the construction process and before the coating is dry-exploded and solidified, the ambient temperature (keep at 5-40C
and the relative humidity is not more than 90%, when there is condensation on the surface of the component and rainy days, not
suitable for coating.
5. Powder: liquid = 3:2, the mixing ratio can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the thinness and consistency
required by the construction.
Parameter
It is water-based, pollution-free, environmentally friendly, and has light capacity, with excellent performance and anti-aging
characteristics.
Use
Suitable for fire protection of various reinforced concrete steel structures and steel structures. It can be widely used in
large-span structures and high-rise buildings that require fire protection, such as petroleum, chemical industry, garage industry
and civil buildings.
