Q1. Are you factory or trading company? Where is your factory? How can I visit it?
A1: We have two own factories: one specialized in wooden door located in Zibo in Shandong Province, one hour drive from Jinan airport. Another one specialized in modular kitchen and furniture located in Foshan in Guangdong province, also one hour drive from Guangzhou Airport. We will send a corporate driver to pick you up from airport to our factory, WELCOME TO VISIT OUR FACTORIES!
Q2. What is the size and production capacity of your factories?
A2: Our furniture factory has 180,000 square meters area and over 700 employees. The furniture factory's production capacity is 30,000 to 40,000 nos. apartment furniture or hotel room furniture per annum. Our door factory has 20,000 square meters area and 70-80 employees with fully automated production line implemented. The door factory's production capacity is 800 doors per day or 300,000 doors per annum.
Q3.What is competitive advantage of your company products and service?
A3: We are not only manufacturer but also turkey service provider including product R&D, product & interior design, site measurement, in-time inspection and reporting during production, door to door transportation, and installation supervision until project handing over. We have established international team for product R&D and project operation to provide our clients turn-key and seamless product and project services.
Q4. What is the differentiation advantage for your wooden doors?
A4: We have over 20 patented technologies for our water proof and fire proof wooden door products, already proven to sustain extreme climate such as India & Middle East, and yet at much better price compared with normal water & fire proof door in current market.
Q5. Can you customize the door or furniture as per our drawing and specification?
A5: Regarding to modular kitchen and furniture, we could do 100% customization as per your drawing and specification. Regarding to wooded doors, we could customize the design of door or specification of raw material as per your requirement but we cannot customize the construction of doors as we only produce doors with our own patented technologies.
Q6.What is your trade terms and payment term?
A10: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP. Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, the balance paid before material dispatch from factory or against L/C.
