1.Q: What's your trade terms and payment terms?A: FOB, CF, CFR or EXW are all allowed. Payment term: L/C, WESTERN UNION, Trade Assurance or 30% deposit by T/T before bulk production, the balance paidupon receipt the copy of B/L.

2. Q: What's your delivery port and delivery time?A: In general, delivery port are Ningbo or Shanghai. But you can choose the port which is the most convenient for you. As delivery time, it depands on your order, usually 20-25 days upon receipt of deposit.

3.Q: Can we have sample before order? What's the sample policy?A: Sure. The sample is not free of charge we have to charge some cost and will return to you if the order placed.

4. Q : How do you proceed an order?A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according your requests and our suggestions. Thirdly customers confims the terms, samples and places deposit for order. Finally, we arrange the production.

5. Q : How to control your product and quality?A: Firstly we select materials in person. Secondly, we have professional workers to make during production. Finally , we pays more attention on quality control.

6. Q : What's your after-sales service?A: We provide proportional spare parts and cooperate with inspection.

7. Q : How many can one container be loaded?A: About 550-600pcs, but it depands on your order. More qty, less cost.
