Q1: How many kinds of wood lumber do you have?
A: Black walnut, beech, maple, pine, oak, ash, cherry, bamboo, rubber wood and so on.
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? Can l have a sample order?
A:The MOQ is 1 to 100 pcs as different products, the MOQ is different. Sample order are welcome.
Q3: Can the logo or company name be printed on the products or package?
A: Sure. Your logo can be putted on the products by Laser carving, Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q4: What is the shipping method?
A: It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and etc).Please confirm with us before placing orders.
Q5: When will the goods be delivered?
A: It depends on the product type and your order quantity. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. But for large orders, we need about 30 days to deliver.
Q6: What is the payment term?
A: 30% deposit at first via T/T or Payoneer, 70% balance pay before the shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7: How is the product quality?
A: Our products have passed SGS, FSC, CE, FCC, 3C etc official authentic organization. We also have obtained the certificate of timber origin, phytosanitary certificate and bureau veritas certificate.
