Q1. Can I have a sample order for your products?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.  

Q2. How about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 7 days, and mass production needs 2 week. The actual lead time is according to your order quantity. 

 Q3. Do you have any Minimum Order Quantity?

A: No MOQ.  

Q4. How do you ship the products and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. 

You can also choose sea or air transportation. The specific arrival time is subject to the actual situation.

 Q5. How to proceed to a new order?

A: First, let us know your requirements by sending the inquiry.

Second, we quote according to your requirements.

Third, you confirm and arrange payment for formal order.

Finally, we will start the production. 

 Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on your product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. 

We can produce according to customers' design, since we are professional manufacturer ,OEM and ODM are both welcome . 

 Q7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A:  Each step is strictly controlled by the QC team to make sure all our products turn out great. 

Our products have a limitted warranty as long as 3 years.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, 

during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective products, 

You can choose to return it or we will send you the new product.
