Structure：
From top to bottom are: UV wear layer, PVC wear layer, decorative color film layer, high density substrate layer, as well as the lowest layer of wood-plastic foam substrate layer.

PVC wear-resistant layer: the biggest difference with traditional wood flooring is wear-resistant, waterproof, flame retardant, its surface covered with ultra-strong wear-resistant polymer wear-resistant layer, wear resistance is comparable to reinforced flooring, due to the adoption of advanced temperature-cooled pressure technology, the stability of the floor greatly enhanced, at different temperature and humidity remain unchanged. Decorative color film layer: the use of hot technology and extruded out of the high-density substrate layer bonding together, pattern color more flexible and colorful, color never fall off. Now the production of some colors are also more mainstream and classic pattern of wood patterns, customers can choose according to their preferences. Because the PVC wear-resistant layer on the upper layer has a clear bump pattern, making the pattern look more natural and realistic.
High-density substrate layer: after high-frequency thermal pressure extrusion of solid high-density plate, processing extruded out of the process, without any harmful substances, and PVC wear-resistant layer, color film layer together by the heat pressure naturally form the floor part, strong firmness.
Substrate layer: constitutes the main part of the floor,mainly wood (wood cellulose, plant cellulose) as the base material and thermoplastic polymer material (plastic) and processing additives, mixed evenly after the mold equipment heating extrusion molding, environmental protection without formaldehyde.
