A. Our payments terms is T/T. 30 % deposit in advance , after we get the deposit ,we will start to arrange the goods , and 70%balance before loading .
4.Q. Can you send free samples?
A. Yes, free samples are available; you just need to pay the express fee. You can provide your a/c like UPS／FEDEX／DHL／TNT／EMS or you can call your courier to pick up from our office.

6.Q.What is the MOQ ? Our minimum order quantity is 460 square meters, but we recommend that you order a container because it is more convenient to load. If it is a best-selling product with long-term inventory, you can pack 3-4 models into a container, and each model is allocated for a minimum order The amount will be less.
7.Q. What should I do if the tiles are broken after receiving the goods? First of all, we will try our best to protect the tiles.
