Q1: Are you a manufacturer company?
A1.Yes.Our factory was founded in 2015 and has our own design department. Our produsts are hot sold all over the world with trustworthy quality and competitive price.
Q2: What's the scale of your factory?
A2. Our factory occupies a total area of 8000 square meters with over 30 workers.
Q3:What are your main products?
A3.Uph products, which includes living room furniture, bedroom furniture, diningroom furniture, etc.
Q4:Can I choose the color?
A4.Yes. You can choose from our available fabric or leather sampels.
Q5:Can I change the size of product?
A5.We have standard size for all products.But we can also make the different sizes according to your requirements. (Warm Tips: it needs to pay extra cost for changing size because once size changes, everything should change accordingly which increases workers' working hours. Hope you can understand. )
Q6: How can I get quotation and make order?
A6.Just simply inform our staff item numbers(or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
Q7: Did you accept bespoke order ?
A7.Yes and we've worked with many designers from all over the world.
Q8: How long is the Production Lead Time?
A8.Our standard products: 30-40 days after receiving you 50% deposit;Bespoke order: 45-55 days,
Q9: What's your payment term?
A9.50%deposit in advance + 50% balance before shipping.
Q10: What kind of payment terms are accepted ?

Q11: What is your way of packaging?
A11.We use good quality non-woven bag inside and reinforced cardboard carttons with clear labeling. We will give some packing suggestions to our customers according to different situations.
Q12: Can you give warranty of your products?
A12.Yes,our warranty period is 1 year but our furniture maintenance period is lifelong. It means, if there's any quality problems caused by non-artificial reason, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products in the first year you receive the furniture. From the second year, we can still offer the replacements for free but it needs customers to pay express fee.
