Certifications

All drivers of our lights we use are TUV/SAA/CE/RoHS approved. Furthmore, since ETL/cETL Certification is necessary for North America markets, we already get ETL/cETL Certificate for 3 Main Collections of LED Pendant Lights. After July 2018, all of our LED Pendant Lights will have ETL/cETL Certificate for whole fixture. It's very helpful for our clients to expand their North America markets.

Q1: Any similar design with our current one ? Do you have more designs?

A: Just providing us your photo,and more designs are provided too. Customized production can be done. And we will launch new designs twice in one year.

Q2: Is the drop adjustable?

A: Yes. The maximum height is 1200mm. If you want to lengthen the drop, can let us know.

Q3: Would we be able to dim these light? 

A: Yes. Please let us know when you inquiry this light fixture. 

Q4: Can you do our required color? such as gold

A:  Kindly send us the color pantone, most can be done according to the process.

Q5:What's your warranty? 

A: Warranty is 3 years commonly, some models have 5 years.

Q6: The power is 54 watt for your lamp. But I need 50 watt, can you support? 

A: Yes. Only it is in the tolerent range. We can support for our customer.

Q7:Can we do our required light? such as warm white

A: Yes, colors have warm white/nature white/cool white light options.

Q8: Can we order a sample for checking first?

A: Sample is welcome. 

Q9: How long is your delivery time?

A: 20-25 days.

Q10: What's your package ? Can we do with our own logo on carton?

A: Neutral white box packing with inside soft and reinforced Polystyrene.Your logo can be printed on carton for quantity above 10 pcs.Color boxes are available if the quantity is more than 1000 pcs/item
