Q1: The power of your lamp is 54W, but I need 50W, can you support? 

A: Yes, only it's in the tolerent range, we can support for our customer.

Q2: Is the dropper (pendant cord) adjustable?

A: Yes, the standard vertical height of dropper is 1200mm, it can be shorten easily, if you would like to lengthen the dropper, pleae kindly advise. 

Q3: Could these decorative lights be dimmable? 

A:  Yes, please kindly let us know when you send inqiuries. 

Q4: Can we order a sample for checking first?

A:  Yes, sample order is welcome. 

Q5: Can we have our logo on the product? 

A: Yes, black color customer logo can be screen printed on ceiling cap or as customer’s request.

     MOQ is 10 PCS per each item.

Q6: How do you pack the sample? Will it be damaged during transportation?

A: We’ll make the polylon foam thicker and wrap the carton with bubble film to protect the product.
