How to use kamado Grill?

 a. Light your ceramic kamado grill

Put plenty of lump charcoal inside the grill, using flamethrower or match light the charcoal. You just need to wait 10 minutes.

b. Prepare your food

You can put foon on bamboo side table,and settle your cooking grill. Put food what you need on the grill, sprinkle with seasoning.

c. Close your ceramic kamado grill

Close the grill, let the heat cycle work well. You can observe the temperature inside the grill, and spinning the vent to control the heat.

d. Open your ceramic kamado grill

After few minutes, open the grill, The delicious food are cooked well.

Packaging & Shipping

Our kamado grill need to go through three check points to test the quality before we delivery the goods to our clients.
1. After the kamado grill shell was built up, our QC will inspect if the finish is good enough and also the small crack ones will be took out;
2. Once the heating is finished, we will sprinkling cold water on the ceramic part under 800 degree, if it crack under it, it is unqualified products;
3. Before package, we try to install the whole kamado grill to check if there is any assembly problem for customers to avoid assembly problems when you received.

 1. Can I customize my own design?
Yes, the brand, logo, size, package, etc,all can be OEM/ODM.
2.Can I have a sample order for Kamado Grill ?
Sure. We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mix samples are also welcomed.
3. There are tiny cracks in the glaze on my barbeque kamado. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. If you have a barbeque kamado which has a glaze on it, this "crazing" does not harm and is no reason to be concerned. That's normal for barbeque kamado item, it happens to all barbeque kamado in the market, people call it "crazing". It caused by the different expansion rate between "glaze" and "clay", it happens once barbeque kamado come out of the kiln, and look obvious after dust fall on it.
4. What is your terms of payment ?
Payment terms:30% T/T deposit, 70% paid before shipment. (100% T/T in advance for sample order)
