How to use kamado?

1. Prepare appropriate amout of chrcoal and a fire starter,then lighting the charcoal

    (the charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes);

2. Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent are open to make sure the kamados are well ventilated;

3.About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the Ceramic BBQ Grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer;

4. Few minutes later, the food will be well cooked.

Production Process

Quality Control for Kamado BBQ Oven

Our Products need to go through three check points to test the quality before we delivery the goods to our clients.
1. After the BBQ shell was built up, our QC will inspect if the finish is good enough and also the small crack ones will be took out;
2. Once the heating is finished, we will sprinkling cold water on the ceramic part under 800 degree, if it crack under it, it is unqualified products;
3. Before package, we try to install the whole Kamado BBQ Oven to check if there is any assembly problem for customers to avoid assembly problems when you received.

Packaging & Shipping

Generally, We use the solid carton, made of 5 layers corrugated imported brown paper, to pack theKamado Eggs. It is very strong, and can pass the international ISTA-2B standard. So don't worry it will break during shipping.  For the sample order, we will put the solid carton in another free fumigation wooden box, to prevent it from breaking during Less than Container Loading. 

For container order, the two cartons will be put in a carton and be delivered by sea.

For sample or LCL order, they will be put in wooden case and be sent by Express or by sea.

Test of Packing Quality

Our kamado package is strong enough to arrive at your place safely. When you get the kamado you can enjoy the food that it cooks. 

It's safe when packaged product weighing 0-21 pounds drops from 38 inches height. 

It's safe when packaged product weighing 21-41 pounds drops from 32 inches height. 

It's safe when packaged product weighing 41-50 pounds drops from 26 inches height.

You can control the temperature to within a few degrees. Normally, the bottom is for general temperature control, and top vent is for fine adjustment.
