Usage

1. Pulgged in  electricity or light your ceramic kamado grill

Put plenty of lump charcoal inside the grill, using flamethrower or match light the charcoal. You just need to wait 10 minutes.

2. Prepare your food and close your ceramic kamado grill

Put food what you need on the grill, sprinkle with seasoning. Close the grill, let the heat cycle work well. You can observe the temperature inside the grill, and spinning the vent to control the heat.

3. Open your ceramic kamado grill

After few minutes, open the grill, The delicious food are cooked well.

Quality Control for Kamado BBQ Oven

Our Products need to go through three check points to test the quality before we delivery the goods to our clients.
1. After the BBQ shell was built up, our QC will inspect if the finish is good enough and also the small crack ones will be took out;
2. Once the heating is finished, we will sprinkling cold water on the ceramic part under 800 degree, if it crack under it, it is unqualified products;
3. Before package, we try to install the whole Kamado BBQ Oven to check if there is any assembly problem for customers to avoid assembly problems when you received.

You can control the temperature to within a few degrees. Normally, the bottom is for general temperature control, and top vent is for fine adjustment.
