Laminated Glass

Laminated Glass is made by two or more glass sheets with a flexible plastic interlayer(SGP,PVB,EVA).The glass and interlayer are bonded together by heat and pressure.

1) Extremely high safety: 

The PVB film is adhesived the glass tightly processed in the high pressur vessel, making the lamination strength stronly. Even if the glass broken, the pieces will adhere to the interlayer without peeling off. In comparison with other kinds of glass, laminated glass is used on bullet proof glass, fire proof glass, anti-horricane glass, anti-earthquake glass better.

2) Energy-saving : 

PVB film has the performance on reflecting ray that keeps room temperatuer balance, reduce the temperature energy consumption,save building cost.

3) Create artical sense to buildings:
Tinted PVB or glass lamination will increase the building artical sense as per architect design, easy to decorate the buidling style and sight.

4) Sound insulation:

Laminated glass can insulate the low and high frequency noise that up to 50DB.

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is kind of glass with regular mechanical stress even increasing times through rush cooling on the float glass after heating. The surface stress is more than 90MPa, and the stress of semi tempered glass is between 24MPa to 69MPa.

Safety:

Only small alveolate like obtuse angle granules happened once the tempered glass being broken, which prevent substantial hurt to human body.

High Strength

the strength of tempered glass is 4 to 5 times that of float glass.

Thermal Stability

Excellent 3times thermal stability than float glass make the tempered glass 300°C thermal shock standing.
