Oak solid timber flooring are milled from 100% natural lumbers wihtout any addictives inside, which is condiered as most Eco friendly flooring types.

The common species we produced are European white oak, American white oak & American red oak as well as North China local white oak or Russian white oak.The oak in different origin place may comes in different features degree & wood textures as well as the cost, while the cost based on how we grade it , how big the plank size is.

There are more choice for you to selcect from 90mm ,120mm,150mm to 220mm on width, & length 300-1500mm in random.

White Oak grade standard

Be ware of that our natural solid oak comes always with features of color variations.No exactly same color tone from plank to plank due to different batch of forest lumber cut or growth place. European white oak looks more rustic if not specially selected while in same grade level, American oak or russian oak looks more uniform & even on textures.If you prefer very consistent color from board to board, pls choose higher grade American white oak although the cost would be higher.

2. Prices we offered is based on factory direct cost, 30%-40% lower than market retail price. Shipping cost & custom cost are calculated seperately.

3. Normal lead time is 25-35 days depend on quantity & plank specifications.While in hot shipping season , order will be probably a little bit delayed. Pls keep informed before order confirmation.

4. Deposit payment is 50% of order amount by wire transfer, shipping effected against balance. Once production commence, deposit payment shall not be returned.

5.Shipping freight charge is based on goods volume, weight & destination port, as well as Custom cost( different countries may have different V.A.T)
To secure the goods during shipping, client can add 0.7% shipping insurance before our delievry.
Client may arrange sea freight by themself or calculate shipping with other goods ordered from China ,then we would be responsible loading on container from our side only.
