l Heat and sound insulation
The wall consists of environmental OSB board, fiber glass wool, extruded sheet and heat insulating reflective film. These materials help the light steel building carry great character of heat and sound insulation.

The light steel structure is 100% recyclable, and 80% of the rest material is recyclable. Due to the excellent character of heat insulation, the light steel buildings only consume 40% of energy compared with traditional concrete-brick buildings.

The wall framework is tightly connected with OSB board and calcium silicate board through galvanized bolts. It has outstanding ability of anti-seismic and horizontal load. The base of the framework is connected with strip foundation by using anti-pulling bolts. It helps the building to resist over 70m/s hurricane.

The thickness of the wall of light steel buildings is just 120mm-200mm. It makes the interior area 10%-15% bigger than the traditional buildings. Due to the light weight of light steel building, the strip foundation is good enough to be used. It reduces the cost of foundation and hoisting greatly.

The components of light steel buildings are highly standardized and modularized. That makes the installation of building easy and fast.
