We are looking to build a 100 room self Contained block. On the ground floor we need conference rooms and offices. Each unit needs to have a kitchenette, shower room with toilet and a Day living room. We are an organisation looking to provide accommodation for vulnerable people cost effectively. we are looking for right now in different locations but we need to know the potential build costs. We basically need to know the good and bad bits of your type of build. I thought you would design it, I have a management team and we are considering your build type. All we want at this stage is an estimated cost for you to build the 100 apartments as detailed above
