Founded in 2003, Changzhou Yaming Wood Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Cuibei Industrial Zone, Henglin Town, Changzhou Economic Development Zone, which has developed for more than 10 years. The company mainly manages refractory slabs and decorative sheets, with a floor area of 14,726.7m2, more than 200 employees, and 20 senior managers. Yaming Wood Industry is a company with limited liability, integrating production, processing and sales, specialized in producing high pressure laminate (HPL), outdoor compact panels/exterior compact boards, indoor compact panels/interior compact boards and chemical resistance board (CRL). Such products are composites of kraft paper, high definition full melamine decorative paper, aldehyde, imported melamine, phenol, urea and other materials, and the production technics thereof have always maintained their leading position in the industry. Moreover, the production workers are conscientious towards each process, following stringent technical standards. First of all, workers of the glue production shop will produce glue, put the decorative paper and kraft paper on the dipping line, which will be cut into the required sizes, then the paper matching personnel will conduct standardized load-bearing and paper matching, which will be sent to the pressing machine to undergo high temperature and pressure. The initially finished products will be sent to the trimming machine; plates will be sawed with a vertical and horizontal sawing machine; then back of the whole plates will be sanded with a sanding machine by professional workers. Finally, inspection will be carried out at all levels, and the products will become finished products. Yaming Wood Industry has numerous large equipment, including 6 impregnators, 4 multilayer press plate machines, 4 trimming machines, 2 sanding machines and several small equipment now. What adopted by us is natural gas energy, which meets national environmental protection requirements. Offcut and dust of the materials are recycled and arranged by professionals at regular intervals, and high frequency recovery has avoided dust pollution and garbage pollution. Besides, the company has strengthened popularization, laying stress on the design of color atla and amount of distribution, printed copies have increased from hundreds of prints to thousands of prints; domestic and foreign exhibition has also increased from the previous 1-2 times to 7-8 times, which is all over the world; network B2B marketing is conducted, multiple languages and ways of exhibition are employed to meet the various needs of the market, convenient for customers to find fitting products.
