Service Description
Three Phase of Service and Payment:
Preliminary Phase: Meeting with client with other queries needed for working drawing complete set consisting of architectural, structural, plumbing and sanitation or depends on client's requirements. Needs to the client are the established Architectural schematic design working drawings, CAD file and 3D file for this type of service. If I start from scratch, I will need a Transfer Certificate of Title if any Document for lot bearing or lot area with map required for the project proposal, project description, design intent together with design reference if there is and other tender documents if any that are necessary for the project such ordinance etc. - 10% of the price accepted will be paid.
For Pre Approval Phase: Meeting with client for Submission of Preliminary Design Presentation to the client with bare perspectives in JPG file and PDF file of Architectural Working Drawings Partial Set for approval of Preliminary Design and at least 1 revision for client consideration for another set of meeting for finalization of the project. - 20% of the price accepted will be paid.
For Final Submission and Closure Phase: Submission of Final Complete Working Drawing Set with Rendered Perspective on cover page consist of Architectural that includes schedules of Doors and Windows, Typical Mounting Heights; Structural; Electrical; Plumbing; and Sanitation Layouts and Details in PDF file Format for Final Approval and closure meeting with client- Remaining 70% of price accepted will be paid.
