3 Phase of Service and Payment:
Preliminary Phase: Meeting with client with other queries needs for Preliminary schematic design proposal, depends on client's requirements. Needs to the client are Transfer Certificate of Title if any Document for lot bearing or lot area with map required for the project proposal, project description, design intent together with design reference if there is and other tender documents if any that necessary for the project such ordinance and etc. - 20% of price accepted will be paid.
For Pre Approval Phase: Meeting with client for Submission of Preliminary Design Presentation and to the client with bare perspectives in JPG file and PDF file of Architectural Working Drawings Partial Set for approval of Preliminary Design and at least 1 revision for client consideration for finalization of the project - 40% of price accepted will be paid.
For Final Submission and Closure Phase: Submission of Final Illustration Set (Perspectives) and Complete Architectural Working Drawing Set for Final Approval and closure meeting with client- 40% of price accepted will be paid.
